8 July - 16 September 2018
Sundays, 2.00 - 4.30pm
Every Sunday throughout the exhibitions, families can drop-in to the Drawing Studio and galleries to take part in free, creative and fun activities led by our Family Artist-in-Residence Rita Evans. Taking inspiration from the exhibitions Peter Fraser: Mathematics and Yuko Mohri: Voluta families are invited to take part in a series of activities drawing on key themes from the exhibitions, working with light, sound and nature.
Join us for sessions where we will work with a range of materials and equipment to create light compositions, ‘conduct’ the galleries, and search for the rhythm in everyday objects.
Family Takeover is suitable for children of all ages and materials are provided free of charge, but donations are invited.
The space is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you have any additional access requirements.
