This artist-led course offers young people a focused environment to develop skills and techniques through working with clay. Taking inspiration from the exhibitions and gallery spaces, participants will produce a body of work and have an open studio showcase on the last day of the course.
Eva Masterman will lead this course. Eva graduated from Kingston University, BA Fine Art in 2008 and has recently completed her MA in ceramics at the Royal College of Art. She works with clay and plaster as a sculptural medium and regularly teaches ceramics and casting. She has recently completed a residency at AIT Tokyo through a partnership with Camden Arts Centre. Concessionary fees are available to attendees who are in receipt of housing and council tax benefits, income support, job seekers allowance or a state pension; full time students with NUS cards or those who are registered disabled.
