Due to unforeseen circumstances, we won’t be able to hold the sessions on Sunday 20 October.
Every Sunday throughout the exhibitions, families can take part in free, creative and fun activities led by our Family Artist-in-Residence, Zinzi Minott based in our Drawing Studio. Join us for sessions where we will be using dance to consider the unruly body, as well as ideas of exhaustion and labour. Workshops will explore the ways in which we can score and record dance over time through collective and repetitive actions.
Sessions will start at 2pm and 3.15pm, and last approximately 1 hour.
Family Sundays are suitable for children of all ages and materials are provided free of charge, but donations are welcomed. No booking required.
The space is wheelchair accessible and the workshop is open to anyone; movement is led by the individual, so it is possible for participants to work within their own abilities and requirements.
