Directed by Desmond Davis, in this rollercoaster tale two young women struggle to make it in swinging London.

Written by George Melly and nominated for a Golden Globe.

Two young women from the north - the plain Brenda and the flamboyant Yvonne, arrive in London to find fame and fortune. They seek out on their own paths with Yvonne becoming a model and Brenda a waitress but find themselves competing with each other. Soon roles are reversed and they learn that they have to team up to take on their adversaries and succeed.
