Insights Portfolio Progression

Insights Portfolio Progression works with students from our Winter School as they continue their journey towards higher education in the visual arts. Portfolio Progression takes students to a selection of contemporary art galleries as well as artists studios, to broaden awareness of current issues in art and to open up discussion channels ahead of interview season.

Each session begins at Camden Arts Centre. Travel assistance can be provided on the day.

We will be visiting up to 3 contemporary art galleries in London, discussing what we see and forming our own opinions.
A useful skill for impressing at interviews.

Creative studio trip
We will take a trip around some practicing creative studios in London, to get an insight into life as a professional artist to see what's possible after school.

Saturday 20 January
2.00 – 5.00pm
Portfolio development
Bring in your current portfolio and get ideas from artists and peers about how you could improve it.
