Film Screening: Wrapped Up

Camden Arts Centre presents a unique screening of Wrapped Up, a film produced by artists Charlotte Hollinshead and Georgie Manly in collaboration with players from STEP Football. Wrapped Up has been edited by Renee Vaughan Sutherland. 


Over the course of one week, artists and players filmed themselves working as a team to construct and deconstruct spherical shapes. Taking the football as a primary icon bringing the community together, the artists and players built on and investigated the insides of objects ranging from fruit and vegetables to toys and sports equipment. The resulting film presents a curious reflection on how communities can offer mutual support in the process of risk taking.
