Enrico David

Enrico David’s work features large androgynous figures in ambivalent poses. David’s canvases reinvent images drawn from high fashion photography, using embroidery. This traditionally domestic, female activity, is re-deployed as a public, rhetorical and affirmative gesture. David graduated in 1985 from Central St. Martins with a BA in Fine Art. His work has been shown in Italy, and at The Trade Apartment, London.
