Make & Do: Bainbridge/Martin

Every Sunday, families with children can drop in to free art activities led by artist Chloe Cooper. Looking at both exhibitions, the activities focus on the iconic image of the sausage, making collages and paper weight sculptures and using interactive ways of testing out whether sculptures work best as art works or as functional objects.

Families can use a range of materials to make their own sausages interesting, personalised, furry and even glittery before taking them home to keep. This activity will contribute to the decoration of the Artists’ Studio, with inspirational images and sausage research being pinned up on the walls, accumulating as the weeks go by.
