Camden Arts Centre’s programme involves members of the public in the ideas and work of today’s artists, and the artists who inspire them. One of the key ways we do this is by offering short courses run by professional artists for people of all ages
and abilities.
Ranging from teaching technical skills to open-ended experimentation, our courses will introduce you to exciting contemporary practices and bring you together with likeminded enthusiasts.
Our Children’s courses are run for Infants (5 – 7 years) and Juniors (8 – 11 years) and take inspiration from the current exhibitions in the galleries. The courses are taught by artists and provide a friendly environment for children to have fun while they learn.
Master Classes
Over the summer we will be running a series of Master Classes in drawing, writing and ceramics. More details can be found on our website closer to the time.
Taught in the Clore Ceramics and Drawing Studios, our courses include all essential facilities and materials. Exhibitions are free and course attendees are welcome to use our café and garden and enjoy a 10% discount on our delicious food and drinks menu.
